April 27, 2026 0 comments

Sourced from the Dutra family’s farms in the Matas de Minas region of Brazil, this organic coffee showcases the best of sustainable Brazilian production. Grown at elevations of 900–1,200 MASL in clay-mineral rich soils, it develops a smooth, naturally sweet profile. Carefully hand-harvested and processed using natural or pulped natural methods, the cup is rich and approachable, with notes of chocolate, roasted nuts, and subtle dried fruit, balanced by a creamy body and clean finish—ideal for both espresso and daily brewing.
