The initial coffee processing takes place on the farm itself, where ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked. Sun-drying and final processing are carried out on the farm under strict quality control to preserve the unique flavors of the region. The farm has focused on refining its cultivation and processing practices to highlight the best characteristics of its coffee, ensuring that each cup reflects the dedication and skill of the farmers.
