Organic Peru Royal Select comes from smallholder farms scattered across the high Andes of Peru, typically between 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level. Farmers grow Arabica varietals such as Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor under shade and intercropped conditions, practicing fully washed processing and careful sun-drying. Through cooperative networks, they access training, improved infrastructure, and collective export opportunities, ensuring traceable, high-quality organic coffee with sweet chocolate and caramel notes, balanced acidity, and a smooth, medium body.
