Get Verified with Veriff
FAQ
For high-value transactions, we require identity verification to ensure safe and secure purchases. The following FAQ explains the process and addresses common concerns about privacy and data protection.
Why are you asking me to verify my identity?
For high-value orders, we require identity verification to protect both our customers and our business from credit card fraud. Unfortunately, the way credit card companies handle chargebacks leaves merchants very vulnerable. These extra steps ensure the transaction is legitimate and secure.
How does the verification process work?
We’ve partnered with Veriff.com, a trusted third-party verification provider. You’ll receive either a link or a barcode you can scan with your phone. Veriff will guide you through a quick process to confirm your identity securely.
Do I have to send my ID directly to you?
No. We will never ask you to send your ID directly to us. Verification is handled entirely by Veriff, which specializes in secure identity confirmation.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Veriff is a highly reputable provider used by global companies. Your data is encrypted, used only for verification purposes, and is never shared or stored by us.
What if I don’t want to complete verification?
Verification is required for all high-value transactions. If you choose not to complete the process, we won’t be able to finalize your order and it will be canceled and refunded.
How long does it take?
The process usually takes just a few minutes. Once completed, we’ll be able to process and ship your order right away.
Will I need to do this every time I order?
No. You will only need to do this once. Once you are verified you do not need to do this again.
Why do you use Veriff instead of checking ID another way?
Veriff is an industry leader in secure identity verification. By using a third-party service, we ensure your information is handled professionally, securely, and never stored on our systems.
What kinds of documents can I use for verification?
Veriff typically accepts government-issued identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or national ID card. The system will guide you on what’s accepted during the process.
What happens if verification fails?
If your verification cannot be completed or fails for any reason, Veriff may give you the option to retry. If the process still cannot be completed, we won’t be able to finalize your order and a full refund will be issued.
