Unión de Cooperativas Agropecuarias is a collective of farmer-owned cooperatives dedicated to sustainable agricultural production and rural development. The organization brings together small and medium-scale producers to strengthen collaboration, improve productivity, and ensure fair access to markets.

The farms within the union focus on responsible land management, high-quality crop and livestock production, and practices that respect both the environment and local communities.
