MICRO-REGULATION

The dose setting button allows you to set the dose grinding time, from 2 to 20 seconds.

The smoked coloring of the bean hopper protects the beans from potential alterations caused by the light. The closure cap prevents the air passage and the consequent possibility for the beans to get humid.

POLISHED BODY

The appliance body entirely made of polished stainless steel to ensures extreme resistance to corrosion and heat.

The Lelit Fred comes in three variants. All have the same size conical burrs. Additionally, all have the same grinding adjustment and operation. All feature stepless grind adjustment, effectively allowing for an infinite number of grind settings. Adjustment dial is on the right side of the grinder. Turn clockwise for a finer grind and counterclockwise for a coarser grind. The 38mm conical grinding burrs spin at a low rpm which generates less heat. Heat buildup can negatively affect your coffee grinds by heating the coffee grinders before brewing. The power button is on the left side. To start grinding, push your portafilter against the grinding button above the fork. Press and hold for continuous grinding, and release to stop. The new Lelit Fred PL044MMT model has the advantage of having programmable automatic dosing, which is not a feature of the previous Fred models.
