Pietro is an innovative manual grinder built with premium materials and designed with ergonomics in mind: its features clean-cut lines enhance its solidity and functionality. Inside there is the real technological breakthrough, two vertical flat burrs, 58mm diameter, Bohler M340 steel with Dark-T coating and manufactured in-house by Fiorenzato, a guarantee of performance and durability.

The new 58mm flat vertical burrs are the core of Pietro, and the founding pillar of the revolution, as they introduce a construction geometry designed to guarantee perfect extraction.

The burrs, made of Böhler M340 stainless steel, are covered with a black coating specially made for Fiorenzato burrs, called Dark-T®. And totally innovative. Multipurpose burrs are versatile and able to accompany you from espresso to filter. ProBrewing burrs are designed to obtain the best result in filter preparations. Choose the ideal set according to your mode and preferences!
