Ngura Village Coffee – Flores Bajawa, Indonesia
Ngura Village Coffee – Flores Bajawa, Indonesia

Coffee from Ngura Village in the Bajawa Highlands of Flores, Indonesia, grown by smallholder farmers and processed using the traditional wet-hulled method for a full, syrupy body.

Grown on the volcanic slopes near Mount Inerie, the region’s mineral-rich soil and high elevations produce dense, structured coffees with depth and intensity.

Coffee is cultivated on small, family-owned farms and processed collectively through cooperative systems that support organic farming practices and consistent quality.

Using Indonesia’s traditional wet-hulled process, the coffee develops its signature profile—heavy body, low acidity, and a deep, spice-driven character.

This lot was selected as part of our Reserve Series for its distinct syrupy body and pronounced molasses and dark chocolate profile.
