Grown in the lush, tropical hills of Chikmagalur and Wayanad—two of India’s oldest and most respected coffee-growing regions—this Organic Robusta Cherry AB comes from smallholder farms dedicated to sustainable cultivation. Nestled at altitudes of 900–1,200 meters above sea level, these farms benefit from rich laterite soils, abundant monsoon rains, and natural shade provided by forest canopies and intercropped trees such as pepper, cardamom, and banana.

The cherries are hand-harvested at peak ripeness, then naturally sun-dried, a traditional process that enhances sweetness and body. The result is a clean, full-bodied cup with low acidity, rich crema, and bold notes of dark chocolate, toasted nuts, and a hint of spice.

Indian Robusta is globally recognized for its dense flavor profile and excellent consistency, making it a prized component in espresso blends and a standout option for those who enjoy a strong, smooth cup.
